5) Original Transfer Certificate, with the Udise Portal Pen No. of Child and RTE Portal TC no. Child Name should be same in both on Aadhaar card and on transfer certificate.
If the child is from another state, the Transfer Certificate should be countersigned by district education department for classes II to IX.
If the child is taking admission into class XI and is from other state and other board, migration certificate is required or else he/she must provide the original transfer certificate with countersign by the concerned board or by the education department.
6) Copy of previous year's marksheet.
